Soul Fest, a Carnatic music festival has begun on December 24 at the Asian College of Journalism (ACJ) in Taramani, Chennai. It features some outstanding artistes.

All the concerts are unamplified  in the acoustically perfect M. S. Subbulakshmi Arangam, emphasizing pure sound and tradition.

The 2025 edition of this festival is from December 24 to 28 and is a free entry event celebrating 25 years of ACJ’s media education.

Curated by Gowri Ramnarayan, it offers a unique experience for music lovers seeking authentic, natural Carnatic music.

The fest features artistes like Amrita Murali, Nisha Rajagopalan, Vijay Siva, Brinda Manickavasagan,

R. K. Shriram Kumar and T. M. Krishna.

Entry for all 11 concerts is free.
