Bharatanatyam dancer Navia Natarajan’s premiered a solo production, ‘ Draupadi – Unbound’ on the opening evening of the Trinity Arts Festival at R. R. Sabha in Mylapore.

She told Aalaap, an arts management company in an interview; I premiered a small piece on Draupadi in Bangalore that was well received. Draupadi – Unbound is being presented for the first time. More than the episodes of Draupadi’s life, I want audiences to connect with the emotion beneath them.’

Music and dance concerts are being held by this festival every evening, with early evening concerts featuring young artistes and seniors later in the day. They are open to all rasikas.
