Chennai’s only annual Hindustani music festival – the Viswa Kala Sangama’s Swami Haridas Sangeet Samaaroh is on from Dec. 27 to 29 at theTAG Centre on TTK Road in Alwarpet. ( diagonally opposite Narada Gana Sabha)
It features some leading artistes.
The three picks of the fest – on Dec.27 evening is a sitar-cello jugalbandhi. And on Saturday, a sarod and flute jugalbandhi featuring maestro Shashank Subrahmanyam on the flute, Carnatic music stream. On Sunday, are two vocal concerts.
