Choir sings songs of Subramania Bharathi to mark his birth anniv

The Sargam Choir led by Sudha Raja presented songs of Subramania Bharathi at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mylapore on December 10 morning.

The day marks the birth anniversary of the national poet – journalist -writer and freedom fighter.

The 10 a.m. concert was followed by another Bharathiyar-themed presentation.

These events have been woven into the Bhavan’s December Season festival calendar of concerts.
